The Construction Process
Each house starts with a detailed sketch and a mockup. Roofline, chimney, front porch; everything that makes your home unique.
Every component is cut and glued individually: windows, doorframe, front steps. Then it’s wood shingles, vinyl siding, and brick.
Finally, the details are added to really make it pop: roofing, foundation, cloth window shades, mailbox, gutters, and intricate wooden handrails.

The standard wood frame is 16 inches x 20 inches and comes with mounting hardware on the back, ready to hang on the wall. Larger pieces are available, or if you have a specific frame you’d like your piece mounted to, I’m happy to work with you and adjust the dimensions. Again, pricing may vary.
99.9% of the time, Google Street View is sufficient for reference. On very rare occasions, I may ask for a picture or two if the view is completely blocked by a tree or a passing truck, for example.
